ORCHID CITY SOFTWARE Earlier today (4/22/09), I recorded a few minutes of Radio Rossii on 5940 KHz between 0855 to 0900 utc. I don't understand the Russian language, consequently, I am unable to figure what the meaning of the announcements that were broadcast during those few minutes? I was wondering if you have the ability to translate any of the recordings, you might relay what you heard in written form. I am more interested with the written translation of the recordings.
