The below download is in compressed format.  Download the Zipped File (TRIWAY.ZIP) 
     and save it in a Folder youhave created called "Cumlite" then unzip TRIWAY.zip. 
     To open the program after unzipping, open PARS.EXE.  To convert a Cumbre Lite Text file,      read the directions in the HelpFile under Help.
